It's been a long time I write something. It's a brand new year. Last year gt my 13 mth bonus but dunno when get company bonus. Now I'm still working at Keppel. End of next month I work in Keppel for 1 years ready. Recently, I went out to be a delivery assistant. At least can be out of office for a while. I have learn how to other account so that I can be back up for other people . Nid to learn kpi and others la. I dunno want to go be delivery assistant or stay in office be coordinator. Feel restless in office. I nid a break. It's better to take leave near the end of the year. I dunno want to stay in office. Dunno my boss let me go out be delivery assistant. I think the answer is no. And seldom girls do delivery assistant. And company policy dun let gals be delivery assistant

Time pass so fast. Working at Keppel amost half year. I have given a new position as a customer service coordinator. Dunno wad is the job scoop. From warehouse. Coordinator to customer service coordinator is it consider a promotion. I quite happy to work at this company. Although it's stress but the manager,colleague is good. Sometimes they are serious but once you know everyone well they are nt bad.

I recieve the confirmation letter on 12 June. If I wan to quit nw I hav to give 1 mth notice. My job nw is stressful. All the staff tat do the job I'm doing nw all quit le or they are temp staff. I'm the contract staff. Tired. I 1 person do 3 people job. I think from next mth start I 1 person do 4-5 people job. Hau have tell Catherine and us before tat I people do 3 people job. He hav tell the boss to hire 1 people to help me alot of times le. But the boss no wan. I hav tell the boss also. Maybe Ge see me recently tat the order for order is quite little. So he think no nid but the orders for tmr is alot. The order recently is unusual cos only the first few day of the mth and mth end the order is little but the orders is little for thes weeks. Nw the order suddenly alot. I hear from zhi wei n Catherine tat the order gg to alot. Cos there are alot of container shipment comming in n Malaysia truck too. Next week there are abt 6-10 container coming in. Tats means order gg to be alot. I really nid to ask the boss again to hire 1 people to help me. Temp or contract staff it would be gd. Haha.

Aug gg for holiday to Taiwan. Hotel have been booked and nw left the air ticket nia. This mth must earn ot cos the ot next mth cn take. I last Friday take 1 say annual leave and today clear my off in lieu. My office nobody noe hw to do my work. Why? Tmr go back must clear 4 days of work which is Thursday to sat and today document. Other account gt 2 people do. I do the account nobody noe hw to do. Only I know. Althought the office gt 3 people noe my account thing but nobody noe hw to do my work. Tmr must tell my manager to hire 1 people to help me.otherwise I aug on leave then no people do my work then customer will complain sia. I only on leave for 2 days then nid to do a lot of thing le.hai. Ask me transfer back to main office then no help me. They gr help la like chase for invoices and others la.Seriously I nt make of metal. I'm only a human.i cnt do anything myself wan la

This mth is the 4th mth working at keppel. I yesterday change my office to the head office. The manager wan me to transfer to main office so tat they cn help me moniter the pod and keep track n control of the driver. Gonna hav OT everyday soon. Cos they wan the driver to cum back to the office to give me the invoices. I today having headache. Actually DMC office people quite nice wan. Nw I know wad DMC stands for, saw it when looking I was looking at the company telephone page. DMC stands for distribution management center.

Few more days to 1st June. It's a good n bad day for me. This mth is my 3rd mth working in Keppel and next mth is my fourth mth working in Keppel. But I dunno my boss will extend my probation or confirm me sia. If no confirm me, if I take mc I doesn't have money to take sia. And I dunno my supervisor is who. Currently my supervisor is taking over kao department. I scared the office people all very ferice sia. Bad things is I dunno who order the stationary sia.I dunno when I take leave they will approve ant. They wan to moniter tat weather everything ok nt.during the meeting they actually suggest tat the invoice must come back at night n must be sort to according. One of the forwarders yell me tat they deliver the invoice till 8 plus 9 plus then they hav to sort the invoice. By the time they pass it to me it's already 10 plus sia. Like tat very tried sia. Hai. Like tat my ot must be quite alot wan. Haha. Gg to take 1 day leave on 11 June. Haha ....

Today have a meeting with the boss. It's my first ever meeting sia. The subject of my meeting is kraft operation meeting internal. All the people go wan is high rank. Only me is the warehouse coordinator. I'm under DMC dept. DMC stands for delivery control center.my dept is to plan the route after the order is been process.print invoices for each dept, sort invoices and photocopy of po, and alot of things. My job is to sort the document, raise vif for the customer to bill the forwarders, update system, do debrief and others la. My job is the most among others in my current office. Haha... I don't to transfer back to main office. I will miss my desk,zi wei they all. How sia. I scared I nt used to it. And I scared I alight at the wrong bus stop. I scared the people at the main office too ferice then scold me then I cry sia. I dunno there gt any stationary I cn take If I nid the staiinary and dunno there gt broom and dusk pan and the boss gd anot.Dunno they nid gt order any stationary wan anot.
