My work timing at keppel logistic is from 8 am to 5.30 pm. At apl logistics Is from 8.30 am to 5.30 pm. The same time for knock off but early 30 min go work at keppel loggistocs. The work load at both place is bat the same. The only difference is keppel cn on the dot knock off ant gt company bus bring us to the nearest place to near our place.but apl logistics dun hav. Almost everyday OT sand only gt company in the morning. Very tired and sleepy. Which wan is more tired? Wake up early to start work but cn knock off on time or 30 min later start work but everyday gt OT. It's up to u weather u prefer which wan. Sometime cn the company be flexible tat they cn mixed occasionally . I think I cn OT on sat cause we work alternate sat so deepen on people who work. I nid to pass this 3 mth probation first. Then I cn get bonus. Before end of the year I nid to work at 3 mth and nid to become a confirm staff then I cn get the bonus. Other I gt no bonus take. I gt 2-3 mth bonus. It's at least better then nth. And if my contract is up, I nid to see the company weather wan me ant. If no wan then I wan to find another job. How does bonus calculate
